Optimization of geometric indicators of a ventricular pump using computational fluid dynamics, surrogate model, response surface approximation, kriging and particle swarm optimization algorithm

چکیده
A ventricular pump is a device used to treat patients with heart failure. In this device, the blood pressure very important. On other hand, power use and efficiency are important due battery volume reduction. study, it was attempted introduce an optimum example of using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) as accurate method along kriging surrogate meta-models reduce time particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. 5 indicators have been investigated geometric in study. Blade inlet angle, blade outlet number blades, distance from leading edge eye finally width (viewed side blade) geometrical analyzed study for their effects on optimization. power, efficiency, head, hemolysis relative analyzed, introduced main objectives PSO head has considered constraint. The reduced more than 9% 10% compared model by American Food Drug Administration, while also increased 2% related constraint maintained.
